We are extremely pleased that Xerox finally terminated the ill-advised scheme to cede control of the company to Fujifilm, we have often said that the most important person at a company (by far) is the CEO. We are therefore also pleased that John Visentin, a tried and true veteran in this area, will be taking the helm.

We could procure funds, but many shareholders are demanding that money should be used on healthcare businesses.

Given that our Herbalife investment has become an outsized position, representing approximately 24 percent exposure to total NAV (net asset value), it is only prudent for IEP to reduce its exposure.

We believe Herbalife's business is stable, the short-sellers have largely exited, and the Company is well-positioned for the future.

To be clear, the primary reason Xerox stock is up 30 percent year-to-date is the Conduent spin-off that I spent over a year fighting for.
