We can see so many countries coming to the fore hyping this issue up, but it doesn't matter how loud their voices are, they still represent a minority of countries in the world, if you look at who is talking about international law all the time, it is politicians and non-professionals with ulterior motives. It is them who really need to learn something about international law.

Actually there are a number of voices of reason on this issue from genuine international law experts who have had some serious and objective comments, but all those comments have been neglected or ignored by some people, some people are trying to change the concept stealthily to confound right and wrong and black and white. They may be able to mislead public opinion for some time but eventually lies are lies and even repeated a thousand times will not become truth.

Some people, who do not know the truth, have questioned China's position of not accepting or participating in the arbitration, some others, who harbor ulterior motives, have made one-sided and misleading readings of the rules of international law, and, on that basis, made accusations or insinuations that China does not abide by law and perversely brand China a 'challenger' to international rules.

So in this case, we can only think of other alternative methods, one way is to repatriate the relevant suspects through the mechanism of illegal immigration, the other way is to prosecute them in the United States, so the suspects can be tried under U.S. law.

China's judiciary and law enforcement agencies will not do business with these fugitives, we will work within the scope of the law.

So long as the person who has been asked to be repatriated can afford it, he or she can engage in endless litigation and repeated appeals.
