We chose to stay because we love living here, with as much growth that we’ve seen, I thought the small-town charm would decline. But it hasn’t. They’ve managed to make it even better.

The downtown is what really makes Apex what it is. ... There are lots of festivals, and the town organizes plenty of family-oriented activities, there's a farmers market every Saturday morning. The vendors get to know you and your kids; they say hi to you by name.
