We know that at least two women that came forward were lied to by the district attorney's office and told that they were outside of the criminal statute of limitations, we can compare the medical records of when they were abused with the date that the final plea was entered. The statute of limitations was still intact for those patients, but Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance made the decision to not prosecute Robert Hadden for those assaults.
