It might seem slow to you but I know of no other company that has effected such a fundamental change in such a small space of time.

I tell them that our company is not just being set up for the next quarter or the next year but for a whole generation. The innovation cycles for our products and solutions are between three and eight years. So we can't post new records every quarter.

I will consider growth to be mostly organic rather than acquired, we will not spend our money too aggressively in M&A.

If we walked away from that deal we would see a lot of happy competitors. That is why we do not even think about walking away. We are in this for the long haul.

Sustainability is not just about adopting the latest energy-efficient technologies or turning to renewable sources of power. Sustainability is the responsibility of every individual every day. It is about changing our behaviour and mindset to reduce power and water consumption, thereby helping to control emissions and pollution levels.
