I welcome debate in Congress based on the merits of policy, but it's unacceptable and deeply offensive to call into question the loyalty of fellow American citizens because of their political views, including support for the US-Israel relationship, we all take the same oath. Worse, Representative Omar comments leveled that charge by invoking a vile anti-Semitic slur.

We all know that the Russians interfered in our 2016 election, we know they interfered to try to help President Trump win. And since that time, there have been meetings between Putin and President Trump and we don't know what went on... You just scratch your head and say,' What is it ? Why is it that the President of the United States seems to go against our allies like the UK or Germany or France and cozy up to Putin ?' It makes no sense whatsoever.

I'm not keeping anything under wraps, i couldn't care less. I mean, Fox News's so ridiculous. These people make Fox News up.

He couldn't just go along with it, how can you continue to work for an administration whose foreign policy is not something that you believe ? ... How can you keep working for a boss whose policies you don't believe in ?

Fortunately, Congress -- not the President -- has the power of the purse, and my colleagues and I will not stand idly by as this Administration ignores congressional intent.

Of course I'm concerned, oPIC and Ex-Im have always been Republican priorities, and now they've done a flip. It's the private sector supporting U.S. foreign policy with its own funds, which is everything that conservatives should want.

I feel so angry that at a time when we are sitting with Iran ... to discuss a new arrangement between our two countries ... they continue to poke us in the eye and continue to spit in our face.
