We think (the leveraged lending guidelines) have been a highly effective in terms of the regulators' stated policy goals and well-communicated policy throughout the leveraged lending community both to the banks and to the borrowers, the private equity firms are well aware of the guidelines and continue to moderate and modify their expectations.
