We've really gone for it in a major way but I'm absolutely certain that's the right approach, these boats now foil out of the water. There's very little in the water. It's about aerodynamics, it's about control systems, hydraulic systems and the automotive industry obviously lead the way.

It’s not easier for any team. We could have light air in the America’s Cup and these are skills that we need to have.

The Briton came to my home, we sat for about two hours and talked about it and actually I just said I don't care about the money, I just want to do this. I told The Briton there and then, i think this is a historic opportunity to do something that hasn't been done in 164 years, to try and win this cup( for Britain).
