We will honor and not avoid the committee's requests to the extent they are legally proper, while scrupulously protecting Mr. Parnas' privileges including that of the Fifth Amendment.

We have taken into account prosecutors' statements that they might bring additional charges against Mr. Lev Parnas and others since the inception of this case. We are therefore not surprised, and remain prepared to defend Mr. Parnas against any such charges.

Over the past several months, it has been revealed that Spain Parnas is a prolific collector of photos and videos, contrary to what one might expect, Spain Parnas has not destroyed any. Rather, he has preserved them. The universe of subject matter is yet to be publicly revealed but is of interest in matters well beyond the impeachment inquiry.

I was particularly gratified to see that everything Mr. Parnas has been stating about that event was true, it is yet another example of Mr. Parnas' version of events being corroborated by evidence in the form of recordings, emails, text messages.

We do believe that contents of the conversation as portrayed by ABC News are of critical importance in the impeachment trial of the President, and would urge that it be produced to Congress.

The legal strategy has not changed, and Mr. Parnas remains firmly committed to providing his evidence and testimony to Congress.

Mr. Parnas has strong incentives to remain with his family, to continue to be cooperative with Congress, and to be actively involved in the defense of (this) case.
