Perhaps this could get us through the election, my personal advice to Trump ... when he's asked me about it, is get a deal that you've got now and pick up a much harder line with China after you get re-elected.

He understands that if the stock market and economy crash on him, there's no way he can get re-elected.

There's that great cartoon going along, that The New York Times headline :' First thing Donald Trump does as President is kick a black family out of public housing,' and it has Obama leaving the White House. I mean, I just love that one.

I have all these attacks against me and I'm not surprised these Republicans are( questioning my nomination) -- because that's what they hear, i do need to sit down with every one of them and tell them here's the truth : I'm not anti-woman.

If my nomination is about my views on the economy and my record on the economy, I'll win 60 votes, if it's about some things I wrote 20 years ago, and there's five full time investigative reporters looking at everything I've written, everything I've ever said, and they'll dig up stuff and people will think I'm some kind of scoundrel. In that case, I'll probably lose.

Capitalism : A Love Story, capitalism is a lot more important than democracy.

Stephen Moore know, we have too many people dependent on government and the cost isn't so much of what it costs our fisc -- Stephen Moore know, the fiscal situation, it's really expensive. The cost, it just depletes people of their dignity and their meaning in life, i mean, there's nothing worse than being on the dole, right ?

I do believe in the importance of an independent Federal Reserve, i think it can be divorced from politics.

I have 35 years experience in the policy game. I was the youngest budget analyst in Washington at the age of 25. I was, served as Donald Trump's economic adviser. I'm very proud of what we accomplished. A lot of people said it would be impossible to make this agenda work.

There are a lot of people on the left that are afraid of my ideas. They realize that they couldn't defeat me based on my ideas, because they're popular, and they're right, so that leads to this kind of smear campaign, which is ugly, i have a pretty populist agenda that I'm pursuing, which is more growth, higher wages, more transparency and more sunlight on how the Fed operates.

I want to be the growth guy over at the Fed, i want to be able to accommodate these growth policies that Trump has put in place that have created the best economy in the world, probably.
