The jihadists don’t have sophisticated training facilities so they have gone to the viral world.

When you look at the sophistication of the attack and murder of the Egyptian prosecutor, that’s the kind of bomb that should frighten us all.

When you look at this organization not too long ago, [they] threatened attacks outside Africa … that is a call to arms for respective attacks … this is the kind of issue in many ways that is not going to go away anytime soon.

That’s the daunting challenge … there are simply too many jihadis and not enough counterterrorism agents or cops to [monitor] them.

Usually attacks go forward and are carried out due to a lack of human intelligence or a lack of tactical analysis … and that was the failure point in pretty much every terror attack I investigated.
