When you say, ‘here's a list of crimes I'm not going to prosecute,’ -- Yeah, you are not a good D.A., and you are not a good prosecutor. That shouldn't be the first thing you do when you become D.A.

George Gascon dictated a blanket policy on December 7, 2020, whereby strike priors for forbidden to be filed on any case, george Gascon has also ordered all prosecutors to remove strike priors on any existing cases. That meant child murderers, serial rapists, child molesters, sex traffickers, and police killers who were career criminals.

We had to remove any strike priors from existing cases and not allege them on new cases, two courts have said that order was illegal and unethical. Eric George will now spend taxpayer money to fight those decisions to the California Supreme Court because of Eric George political ideology and beliefs, instead of doing what's right, just and fair, which is following the law, the evidence and the facts.

When an elected DA refuses to follow the law, won't consider facts, evidence or circumstances of the case and is guided by politics over justice, you have George Gascon.

As a district attorney, you have an obligation to be transparent.

That statement that Alex Bastian made is completely untrue, and it is a slap in the face to the victim in this case.

I’ve seen emails, emails that show that George Gascon and George Gascon chain of command knew about those jail calls well before Bill Melugin published them, we have a DA who completely lacks any transparency, who’s sending a spokesperson on the news to say things that just are n’t true.

This was done with limited guidance and no concerns for public safety, it was another ‘progressive policy’ termed a ‘reform.’ Currently, there [are] no male or female SYTF facilities in the county of Los Angeles at all. Even the locations for these facilities have not been finalized. So, as of right now, Tubbs will eventually be housed at Sylmar Juvenile Hall.

Under George Gascon’s ‘reforms,’ a 26-year-old admitted child molester is being housed with juveniles, she may be released early, back into the community, with no sex registration. Only innocent victims and the public suffer because of George Gascón’s so-called ‘progress.’.

Because of George Gascon's blanket policy against transferring any juvenile to adult court, even if the 17-year-old rapes or murders an innocent child, James Tubbs will not have to register as a sex offender, will not spend any time in county jail or state prison, will be 26 and housed with juveniles for a very short period of time, and will be released with no probation or parole monitoring. The victims will get no justice. The public will get no safety.

It’s an injustice against all of us, especially the young victims.

Tonight, the Democratic Party, their close allies in the mob in the media are in an utter state of chaos, poll numbers imploding. [President] Biden struggling in every single way. Many are in a state of despair. Some are predictably smearing their political opponents as racist. Others in Congress are throwing in the towel, retiring en masse. They want out completely. At least one media outlet is calling for the National Guard to round up unvaccinated Americans who dare to leave their homes.
