This complex case of official wrongdoing and betrayal of public trust has been prosecuted with the utmost attention to the professional standards that justice demands, i walk away knowing that I gave everything I had to give to this case. The people of Flint deserved nothing less.

There are some people who altered figures. There are some people who monkeyed with the figures, i think there was too much of an attitude of balance sheets and figures instead of safety and making sure the water system worked right. And that attitude I think was corrosive, as well, and I think far too prevalent.
