This transition is more than 5 months away, so you will still have plenty of time and opportunity to hear me take shots at the competition, so don't get too excited, ATT, Verizon, Comcast and Charter.

I think Disney + is an exciting platform. I'm not denigrating it, but Verizon's offers certainly pales in comparison of what T-Mobile offers, we don't fashion ourselves a media company.

Disney + looks like it's been a big success out of the gate. And there's some great assets in there.

It's a bit dumbfounding to think that we've decided to go and build this network and go through this merger so that we can become the basic, lazy, fat, dumb and arrogant players that we were born to teach how to behave.

They are much larger and more diversified, so they have a significantly better cost structure, verizon and AT&T have scale and asset advantages that even our best offerings cannot overcome.

This isn't a case of going from four to three wireless companies – there are now at least seven or eight big competitors in this converging market.

Dish and we, that makes some sense, it makes sense from the standpoint of integrating that spectrum and capability and deploying it at our network.
