You can either allow it to press or weigh you down or you can use it as a stepping-stone to better your own self or your situation. But I'm urging you, refuse to be pressed or weighed down by anything not even your own seemed misfortunes or disappointments. I mean, never allow them to become stumbling blocks to you nor in becoming whoever you've been longing to become, nor in achieving whatever you've been longing to achieve.
