With everything going on, obviously my heart is with the frontline workers and the healthcare providers, and giving them my absolute love and affection, and feeling the weight of what's happening. But at the same time, I'm feeling very blessed that I've had this time to stop and pause, being on tour for three months and traveling and starting a business, it's a lot. So to be able to be home, and stop and pause, and look inward, and connect back to Julianne Hough has been glorious.

What I love about '80s rock music is the amazing, fantastic melodies. In pop music, it's all about the techno beat to dance to in the club and the repetitiveness, whereas in rock music there is literally, like, balls-to-the-wall singing and playing. I love it.

I'm very blessed and I don't take anything for granted. I think if you alienate people and just focus on your work then it just becomes lonely and it's not fun anymore.
