With the food packages that we drop off, we are adding messages in the local dialect of Xhosa, because this is predominately for the Xhosa areas, we put in instructions there for the masks - all in Xhosa - on how to put it on... But the most important is this : if you want people to stay home, tell them why. You can't just tell someone to stay home and not give them anything.

Siya Kolisi

Physically I feel good, but I want to get more minutes, the form is getting better and better. I put a lot of pressure on Siya Kolisi, and I'm always looking for work on the field and to try and do more. I just think it is better for me to keep on playing.

South Africa comes down to what we have been doing every week. We always look at the previous game and see where we can improve, you do look at the other team, their attacking players and how they kick.

Almost all South Africa players families, wives and girlfriends are out here. I'm pretty excited to have my wife and children out watching the game.

For me, it's personal, there's nothing worse than hunger. There's nothing worse than listening to your stomach before you go to bed and you just hear grumbling. You have nothing to eat, you've got no other choice.
