You're definitely witnessing a perfect storm in terms of China timing, people on vacation that affects liquidity, and you've got a lot of questions on the Fed and people are obviously focused on oil, if you're buying a stock, you're dipping a toe in here.

People are sick of timing the Fed when it comes to this sector. They don't want to miss the boat.

At least for now people are sitting on their hands trying to get an understanding for further direction, i see conviction when you see big volume on a move. I think it's still up for debate.
