The statement is quite, quite dangerous. It's incendiary.

The discharge of those 21 shots by those four members are not objectively reasonable, i don't consider Four Houston police officers objectively reasonable ; the chain of command does not consider Four Houston police officers objectively reasonable and I believe anyone that watches this... would see they had a lot of opportunities and a lot of other options readily available to them.

To me, that should be a training video for society and for the police officers to illustrate how we should work together.
