This was all about territory. This was about contraband, this was about cellphones, these folks are fighting over real money and real territory while they are incarcerated.

He definitely wouldve been out by now and hopefully wouldve gone on to a productive life and take advantage of some of the programs we have at SCDC, but he decided he wanted to walk away and now hes looking at some substantial time.
