I have had the advantage of the opportunity to meet with Mr. Trump on several occasions. And my experience is that he's very intelligent. He's thirsty for information. He wants to hear what you have to say. He listens to his advisers. He digests the information very quickly, and he's got a good memory, because I remember one time I was talking to him about something, and then he pulled some information out of his memory banks that was a great connection that I hadn't even thought to mention to him.

Different presidents are different as far as their public persona vs. their persona meeting with advisers. For example, George Bush was pretty much the same in person as when he was speaking publicly. I think Donald Trump has a stage persona and he also has a temperament when meeting with his advisers. Now, the positions are the same, but the attitude is a little bit different.

I think that in terms of the American interests, I would feel more safe with a President Trump representing those interests to the world.

For a long time, there has been lingering doubt among many Americans about integrity and fairness of elections. And it's not a new issue at all. If you look at polling data, it goes back decades.

It used to be that conservatives who were in government, like myself, we would get what we felt was unfair coverage, we'd go home, we would grumble, we would complain about it, but we actually wouldn't say anything to the reporter or to the reporters while they're asking us additional questions.

You want the president to be uninfluenced by any factors other than his advisers and the best interests of the United States. I think, on that category, Donald Trump easily beats Hillary Clinton.

No one doubts that Donald Trump is willing to walk away from a deal if it's a bad one. No one doubts that he's willing to punish our enemies if they transgress U.S. interests, whereas, with Hillary Clinton, she is very predictable.

We just stopped last night, we'll be providing some more information to the city this morning. We're hoping to continue very soon.

We were then instructed by the same city officials that we were good to proceed with construction over the holiday weekend and that we would not have any issues being shut down.

If( the President) decides that it'd be right for the country for me to serve, I'd be honored to do so.

The commission is not set up to disprove or to prove President Trump's claim, nor is it just looking at the 2016 election. We're looking at all forms of election irregularities, voter fraud, voter registration fraud, voter intimidation, suppression, and looking at the vulnerabilities of the various elections we have in each of the 50 states.

The most extreme criminals are deported while criminal arrestees not yet convicted are turned loose, [Under the new proposal,] criminal arrestees will be deported, there will be immediate improvement in safety for all Americans.

Ultimately it’s his call, there will be a great deal of consistency between the platform and President-elect Trump’s policies – that is, with the caveat that every decision is the president’s decision.

Americans think our laws need to be followed, president-elect Trump is in a unique position. He has the mandate from the American people to end illegal immigration and secure our borders for once and for all.

They play a vital role on being the eyes and ears of the federal government, most of the arrests by ICE in the past would come from local law enforcement.

I don't know if I would call it a badge of honor but it reflects that I'm moving the ball in what I think is the right direction.
