I'm going to try very hard not to think or talk about Donald Trump for this week and just do what I can to help make sure John McCain is buried with the honors and decorum John McCain's earned from years of faithful service to this country.

I am reluctant to call it a last testament, although it has that quality, obviously, more than anything else, it's an expression of his gratitude to his country for the opportunity to live the extraordinary life he has lived in service to it.
