There is a little bit of rebalancing.

It (trade issues) is going to be uncomfortable, the rhetoric is going to rise closer to mid-term elections. No matter if there are trade skirmishes or a trade war, the one thing that is going to affect (markets) is higher inflation.

Everybody knows they're going to raise rates and the waiting is often worse than the punishment.

The biggest watch is what's going to happen in oil today, are we going to double-bottom, the story is overwhelming to the negative side so you've got to wait for oil to bottom out. Then we believe it's going to go up because demand has been increasing and we think it is underestimated for next year.

Everybody knows they're going to raise rates and the waiting is often worse than the punishment, if you don't have a lot of depth in buying, any selling pressure will overwhelm the market and move it down.

We expect more stimulus will eventually happen, and it will really help the European economy, we're very bullish on Europe going into next year.

I wasn't expecting much from the ECB, which doesn't want to paint itself into a corner, but eventually we'll need to see action, not just words.
