It's our responsibility to make sure that the 40 million Americans with student loans are aware of resources to manage their debt, and that we are doing everything we can to be responsive to their needs.

I think people have been worried primarily because they don't know what it is we actually intend to do, i'm hopeful that now that we have a document out we'll be able to have a very constructive, positive conversation about how we do this in the right way.
