( There is) disappointment, frustration indeed, particularly in this period when we are expecting incremental improvements in reaching places which are besieged.

So the ball goes back to those who have been complaining about terrorism and (we're) saying what about all of you helping us to solve politically the crisis in Syria.

I think that the feeling that we have today is that the situation is very different but of course every day has to be monitored.
