I have a feeling and a hope that we can relaunch this, we all hope that ... in a few hours we can relaunch the cessation of hostilities. If we can do this, we will be back on the right track.

Now I see parties reverting to the langue of a military solution or military option. We must ensure they do not see that as a solution or an option.

( There is) disappointment, frustration indeed, particularly in this period when we are expecting incremental improvements in reaching places which are besieged.

So the ball goes back to those who have been complaining about terrorism and (we're) saying what about all of you helping us to solve politically the crisis in Syria.

We are looking with great interest, expectation, hope that the talks in Moscow will be productive, honestly not everything will be solved in one day - but (it would be) productive ... to resume the talks with a much more in-depth address on the issue of political transition.

By then, we believe we should have a clear road map, i'm not saying we should have an agreement, but a clear road map.

And the final thing is the internationalization of the terrorism on the part of ISIS. And now the United States is very much concerned about eliminating ISIS ... and that means you have to end the Syrian civil war to do this. as far as I know, the only Plan B available is return to war -- and to (an) even worse war than we've had so far.

If during these talks and in the next rounds we will see no notice of any willingness to negotiate... we will bring the issue back to those who have influence, and that is the Russian Federation, the USA... and to the Security Council.

I see us beginning on March 10 when we will launch the process, some (participants) will arrive on the ninth. Others, because of difficulties with hotel reservations, will arrive on the 11th. Others will arrive on the 14th.

Women are important to us because they have a lot to tell us about the future of Syria. We will meet with them separately.

The decision on whether they will be on Monday or slightly later will be taken in the next few days, depending on what is happening on the ground, we don't want discussions in Geneva to become a discussion about infringements or not of the ceasefire, we want them to actually address the core of everything.

I think that the feeling that we have today is that the situation is very different but of course every day has to be monitored.

I have good reasons to believe that they are actually considering this very seriously, and therefore to be in a position on, probably, Sunday, to actually start the discussion with them, in order to be able to proceed with the intra-Syrian talks.
