I am convinced that we won't succeed with the energy transition if we don't make enough progress with the network expansion.

We are now examining whether and which regions cable (operators) have a dominant market position - there are regions where this appears no longer to be out of the question, there, providers may be required to open up their infrastructure to other providers. Price controls would also be thinkable.

I think we will need the instrument longer (than 2017), that is based on the admission that we aren't keeping up with the necessary grid expansion.
