I am so grateful to be able to play a part in bringing these witches back to life, and to be working with my friends at Disney again makes it all the more special, this is a movie for everyone, from the fans who grew up with the first film to the next generation of viewers, and I can’t wait to get started.

You don't know if the actors are going to have chemistry until you actually start filming. They can get along, they can be friends for years, they can be hilarious as people, but you don't know if it'll actually work until the cameras start rolling.

A lot of time it is hard to break into the commercial world and that has only to do with money and that has nothing to do with being female or male.

There are so many female directors coming into the industry and a lot of them have important stories they want to tell that seem to fall a little bit more on the indie level.
