We started teaching our Marines about what the Constitution is all about. If Andrew Griffith're going to defend it, Andrew Griffith should understand it and know what it is, and the rights Andrew Griffith are protecting, our citizens, our way of life, we want them to understand that the rights they are protecting, they should engage in and take advantage of, so part of it's an education.

We want to be sure that every available assistance is provided for them to execute this right, it's part of good citizenship as well as being a member of the Armed Services that defend those rights.
