My personal medicine bundle is my backpack that I have at the top of the course. Each person's medicine bundle is different and sacred and not to be spoken of. I have some goodies in my bundle. And my power stone is a quartz crystal that I love and wear almost every day.

I love hiking out to Fallen Leaf Lake. It's a beautiful spot to go hike around, and it's at the base of one of the biggest mountains, Mount Tallac! And of course, I love to hit Sierra at Tahoe for snowboarding.

I love the paddle board. It's just a really good way to recenter. Being on the water is really peaceful, and you have to focus on your balance and holding yourself up. Doing a little bit of yoga under the sun on the water is really, really magical.

I have a glass of alkaline water first thing. I don't have the biggest appetite in the morning, which is kind of tough for me, but I always start with a green drink called Tonic Alchemy. It's a really amazing combination drink that has a lot of different superfoods and algae and Chinese herbs.

When I ruptured my spleen, I was about to win the overall Series for the World Tour, and I was at the last event in Vermont for the U.S. Open and was having a great day. Then I just got a little too excited and just face-planted, and I knew something was wrong. I really couldn't breathe, and my whole body was in so much pain.

When I'm snowboarding, I just feel stronger and more flexible and more able to trust my instincts - because there are times when you really do have to be mindful with the jumps you're hitting and the conditions that you're riding in.

Around 10:30 or 11, I'll make poached eggs and maybe some Brussels sprouts - kind of random, but delicious. Sometimes I'll do bacon. I've been on a more fat/protein diet with fewer carbs and less saturated stuff, which has actually been feeling really good.

I like to run and hike. I do some slack-lining, like balancing on the tightrope, which is really good for your entire body, but I've noticed a lot of benefits in my feet and ankles.

I always go to yoga - I do core fusion and Vinyasa. My favorite poses are variations on the handstand and the scorpion. You have to use your whole body, it's physically and mentally challenging.
