The conversations with Tony Dungy, the experiences Tony Dungy had with seeing Tony being humiliated, really drove my father to try and do something, whether the rule is the right answer or not, or whether we need to do more, I think we should be considering those questions. But the experience of having someone you respect, under your own leadership, be humiliated, made a real difference to my father.
