Everyone's been worried about rising rates, but rising rates are indicative of economic growth and that's good news, i think the market is incorrect in believing that we're somehow in a secular stagnation story, when really we're in a stealth economic boom. And that will continue to drive markets higher.

What I see going to happen is the Federal Reserve will not raise rates in 2016, that is off the table and a market positive, if you have cash on the sidelines it could be a buying opportunity but I wouldn't be changing (bonds-stocks) allocations right now.
