What I see going to happen is the Federal Reserve will not raise rates in 2016, that is off the table and a market positive, if you have cash on the sidelines it could be a buying opportunity but I wouldn't be changing (bonds-stocks) allocations right now.

(The Fed's) ability to raise rates more, three or four times, that's actually good news, the reason they're able to do it is the economy's so strong.

Everyone's been worried about rising rates, but rising rates are indicative of economic growth and that's good news, i think the market is incorrect in believing that we're somehow in a secular stagnation story, when really we're in a stealth economic boom. And that will continue to drive markets higher.
