I like happy sets. Happy sets are good, and I think people feel comfortable on them. When fear arrives in any context it's just boring and it closes people down. If people feel inadequate or if they feel bullied... It might work for some people but I think, as a rule, it just takes any joy out of the creative process.

I love 'The Stand;' I read it when I was a kid - it was one of my favorite books when I was growing up. I love Stephen King; I think he's a remarkable writer.

There is a mention of some characters that we know and love from previous movies, but we only talk about them fleetingly, in the next movie, part two, we'll get to meet one of them in a significant way. He's much younger than he used to be, but he'll be coming back.

I think the comic book genre will constantly evolve. Because it is a genre that contains stories and characters that can go in any direction so I as a place for theater it will probably be with us for a little bit longer yet, marvel do an amazing job and they're bright enough to take those worlds in different directions.

This just seemed to me epic, beautiful sense of adventure, big beating heart, lots of action and themes I really responded to.

It's slightly more liberating because it's all coming out of Jo's (Rowling's) head - these stories she's creating, no one quite has ownership of them yet in terms of having a relationship with the material other than having a relationship with the movie when it comes out.
