There's so many public policy decisions involved with this. CDC is only one of the entities that needs to be involved in this, and it really is a whole of government discussion, by the way, it's a whole of government discussion at the federal, state and local level. The governors need to be part of that discussion, too.

I would not say we ought to reverse course, but if we had to start it all over again, I would have kept( all the doses) within the state, because we could utilize all those federal partners within our own allocation.

As everyone has indicated, there shouldn't be any change in the date of the election. That is historic. It is constitutional. It is required. And it's up to the states to conduct fair elections with integrity, we are going to do that in Arkansas. We are going to have expanded absentee ballot access. But we want to do it with proper controls and to minimize any fraudulent activity.
