Also he wasn't pulled for speeding or driving erratically or anything that you are typically pulled for if you are under the influence of drugs, the tests had nothing to do with the shooting.

I know everyone is fighting about qualified immunity, but we also have to make sure we care about the provisions that stop Black people from being killed in this bill before fighting over how to sue a cop, not only are you protecting African Americans who are being brutalized out there, but you are protecting good officers that are out there doing their job.

If the DA's office has time and the resources and all the time and manpower to do that -- go after Trump for this election stuff or whatever -- just make sure that the civil rights cases that are in her county are treated equally and take the same kind of priority, what do we do now ?
