The chances of a Fed rate hike in March remain slim but we still think that the Fed will raise interest rates in June as fears of recession in China and the U.S. ... subside.

The pick-up in core CPI inflation to a three-and-a-half-year high... illustrates that rising domestic price pressures won't allow Cleveland Fed to leave interest rates at near-zero levels for that much longer.

It dismisses any concerns of a potential slump in household spending after some weakness in the last few months. Not that there is much doubt any more, but this supports the case for a rate hike by the Fed next week.
