I don’t know if they’ll factor into the elections, but certainly, we know, what has happened with the invasion of the Ukraine, and the sanctions of the things that we’re going to have to do are painful.

To watch yesterday Russia invade a maternity ward and watch what happened with those babies is painful.

This is not the kind of America that we are going to accept for our children and grandchildren.

Today, I had the honor of taking eight members of the Congressional Black Caucus and leadership directly to the White House, and part of that was to speak to those deplorable photos and ask why that all those recognized riding horses using their reins to chase down Haitians like they were cattle and goats to be suspended, terminated.

It is a slim majority, and we need a team player, we need somebody who's willing to say they will set aside their own showmanship, their own ego, their own platform if inconsistent with the Democratic platform.

We came out there to support them and be with them, it was just something in my heart thinking about George Floyd, thinking about all of the injustices, that I needed to be out there, thinking I was protecting them and it probably was not safe.
