Federal law passed in 1988, crafted with the NRA's support, makes it unlawful to manufacture, import, sell, ship, deliver, possess, transfer, or receive an undetectable firearm.

The NRA saved the soul of America.

No one thinks that people should go into a nightclub drinking and carrying firearms. That defies commonsense. It also defies the law.

What our position is, is that the FBI should investigate every single person who's on a terrorist watch list if they try to buy a gun.

I'm anticipating we'll be doing a victory dance, but if the Republican Party tries to pull off any backroom deals and ignores the will of the people, our role will change.

Plain and simple, this is putting politics above public safety. This decision is both dangerous and shameful.

This validates what the NRA has said all along, the real goal of gun control supporters is gun confiscation.

It's outrageous that members of our armed services have lost their lives because the government has forced them to be disarmed in the workplace.
