We are waking up in 2018 figuring out that the protectionist rhetoric from the summer of 2016 is real. It is a real underlying philosophy of this administration so I don't think it is unwise to position accordingly, we don't think there are any winners in a trade war, but it a question of who the relative losers are - small caps lose less.
