He continuously went and told his counselor, the principal, anyone that would listen to him, he would talk to them about how he was being bullied.

Our judicial system may not be perfect. However the bedrock of the system maintains that all defendants, including unpopular ones, are entitled to fair and impartial treatment, jason Van Dyke is prepared to serve Jason Van Dyke debt to society and move on with Jason Van Dyke life in a meaningful and productive manner.

From the beginning, we have said this was a tragedy not a first-degree murder, we believed Jason Van Dyke was overcharged for political reasons. We are hoping the new prosecutor will recognize that it was overcharged as well.
